The UMC TLC2 Foundation Cancer Center is more than a building—it’s a space intentionally crafted to support healing in every sense. Every element, from architectural layout to interior design, was chosen with your well-being in mind. Natural light fills the rooms to lift spirits and promote a sense of calm. Comfortable, ergonomically designed infusion chairs provide physical ease during treatment, while soothing colors and quiet, restorative spaces help reduce stress and fatigue.

Thanks to a visionary commitment by the TLC2 Foundation,
UMC has dedicated the new building to the legacy of Terry Lee Chandler.

Terry and Doug Chandler were born and raised by hardworking parents in the rural oilfield town of Artesia, New Mexico. Life in Artesia taught Terry and Doug a few important lessons that never left: take care of friends and family, lift up those less fortunate, and give back to your community. These fundaments helped establish the Chandlers philanthropic passion: The TLC2 Foundation from the Heart, a foundation created in 2014 dedicated to fighting cancer holistically and supporting rural communities with minimal access to cancer treatments.
